Witold Pedrycz |
Witold Pedrycz (IEEE Life Fellow) is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He is also with the Systems Research Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. Dr. Pedrycz is a foreign member of the Polish Academy of Sciences and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada. His numerous awards include the Norbert Wiener Award and the 2019 Meritorious Service Award (both from the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society), the IEEE Canada Computer Engineering Medal, the Cajastur Prize for Soft Computing (European Centre for Soft Computing), and the Fuzzy Pioneer Award (IEEE Computational Intelligence Society). His main research interests include Computational Intelligence, Granular Computing, Machine Learning, and related fields. |

Hsiao-Hwa Chen |
Hsiao-Hwa Chen (S'89-M'91-SM'00-F'10) is currently a Distinguished Professor in the Department of Engineering Science, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. He has authored or co-authored over 400 technical papers in major international journals and conferences, six books, and more than ten book chapters in the areas of communications. He is the founding Editor-in-Chief of Wiley’s Security and Communication Networks Journal. He is the recipient of the best paper award of IEEE Systems Journal in 2021 and the IEEE 2016 Jack Neubauer Memorial Award. He was an elected Member-at-Large of IEEE ComSoc from 2015 to 2016. He is a Life Fellow of IEEE, and a Fellow of IET/BCS/AAIA/AIIA/EAI. His research interests include Information and Network Security, Wireless Communications, and Communication Networks. |

Prof. Xinrong Hu is a Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, and Expert Entitled to the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. She serves as Dean of the School of Computer and Artificial Intelligence (School of Cyberspace Security) at Wuhan Textile University. She is also a Distinguished Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF) and Vice President of the Hubei Cyberspace Security Society.Honored as a “Distinguished Teacher of Hubei Province” and recipient of the “Textile Light” Teaching Award, Prof. Hu focuses on computer vision, NLP, VR, and machine learning. She has led over 30 projects (including NSFC grants), published 150+ papers, authored 7 textbooks and monographs, holds 26 invention patents, and has won 11 provincial/ministerial-level awards in research and teaching. |

Prof. Muazzam A. Khan Khattak (SM IEEE, AAAI & SM Pakistan Academy of Sciences) was listed among top 2% highly cited scientists of the world in 2024 and 2025. Currently, he serves as the Director of the Farabi Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Director of Science & Technology, and Director of the ICESCO Chair in Data Analytics and Edge Computing at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. Dr. Jinshan Tang is a professor of Health Informatics in the Department of Health Administration and Policy. Before joining George Mason University, Dr. Tang was a full professor in the College of Computing at Michigan Technological University and a Founding Director of the Joint Center for Biocomputing and Digital Health. Dr. Tang’s research covers broad areas related to image processing and artificial intelligence. His specific research interests include biomedical image analysis, biomedical imaging, artificial intelligence in medicine (e.g., computer-aided cancer detection, AI for COVID-19 detection). He is a senior member of IEEE and a Co-chair of the Technical Committee on Information Assurance and Intelligent Multimedia-Mobile Communications, IEEE SMC society. |

Prof. Tao Peng is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. He serves as Vice Dean of the School of Computer and Artificial Intelligence (School of Cyberspace Security) at Wuhan Textile University. He is a Senior Member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), Director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Perception and Computing of the Textile Industry, and a Council Member of both the Hubei Computer Society and the Hubei Cyberspace Security Society. His research interests mainly include computer vision, virtual reality, machine learning, and information security. Prof. Peng has led and participated in over 20 projects, published more than 120 academic papers, and holds over 10 authorized invention patents. Additionally, he has received 8 provincial/ ministerial-level awards, including 4 in scientific research and 4 in teaching achievements. |

Thippa Reddy Gadekallu is currently working as a Professor at Zhejiang A&F University and the Division of Research and Development, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, India. Adam Slowik (Senior Member, IEEE) has been an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology since October 2013. Daowen Qiu |
Daowen Qiu completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Tsinghua University in 2002. He has been a full professor of computer science at Sun Yat-sen University since 2004. His research interests focus on new computing models, quantum computing, distributed quantum algorithms, quantum model learning, quantum communication, fuzzy systems, probabilistic systems, and quantum discrete event systems. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers in international journals. He is an editor of several international academic journals, including Theoretical Computer Science.
